We are currently testing a Brand New Program (we started this week) where we focus on helping the seller Net as much money as possible by reducing the sellers commission expenses drastically.

The expense is lowered to 3% + $1,500 but NO corners are cut. Potential savings example - the median home price in Lee County is $232,000 which could equate to a savings of over $5,000. Sound to good to be true... IT'S NOT!

Here is the breakdown:

• The buyers brokerage would receive 3% once the house has sold.
• We (the listing brokerage) would receive 1% once the house has sold.

That's it! There are no corners cut, strings attached or hoopla.

We are a full service Brokerage that will still perform all of the duties that the average brokerage would perform. PLUS MORE!
