Real Estate Experience
Adam’s real estate journey began in 2007 when he purchased his first rental at the peak of the market just months before the worse real estate crash the country had ever seen. Despite the turmoil in the real estate market and in the economy he learned the most valuable lessons from owning a rental in this market. This education was the basis for Bartomeo Property Management. He has owned and flipped countless properties since then. He became licensed in 2016 and quickly became one of the top sales and listing agents in the county, two years in a row.
The state of Florida requires an agent to work for a broker for a minimum of 2 years before testing to become a broker. At 2 years and 2 months Adam passed his brokers exam and 4 months later, Sept 2018, Bartomeo Realty was created. In Oct 2019 Bartomeo Property Management was born.
Business Experience
Adam honorably served for 6 years military in the with one deployment to Kuwait during the Gulf War. Soon after he received his bachelor’s degree in business management from California State University with a 3.85 GPA. For the next 15 years he worked in management for such notable companies like Home Depot, Target, and UPS, all while investing in real estate.
Personal
Adam has 4 priorities, and his world revolves around them – God, Family, Work, and Health. He is a devote Christian and is a single Dad with 3 beautiful girls – Hailey, Faith, and Addison. You will find him at the gym every morning at 6 am sharp, staying healthy. He spends his off time pursuing outdoor activities – beach combing, kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking, or playing volleyball to name a few.
